Fresh and spicy Avocado Toast

Portions: 1 Serving

Time: 15 minute

Ingredients: 1 avocado, 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro, 1 Tbsp chopped red onion (optional), 1 Tbsp lime juice, 1 slice of whole grain or sourdough bread, 1 Egg, Salt and Pepper, Chilli Flakes, Tabasco

How To: Toast your bread in toaster until golden and crispy (optionally you can crispy the bread on a pan with low heat or leave it untoasted if you like to). In a small bowl combine and mash the avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on your bread. Top with fried, scrambled, or poached egg. Garnish with some Chilli flakes, tabasco, chopped Cilantro and ENJOY!


Chocolate Breakfast Bowl

Portions: 1 Serving

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients: 1 banana, ½ cup frozen mango, Handful of Baby Spinach, 1/2 cup of milk (nut or low fat/full fat milk, 2 Dates, 1 Tsp chia seeds (optional), 2 Tbsp of oats, 1 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder

How To: Put all the ingredients into your blender and blend until the mixture is creamy. Serve in your favourite breakfast Bowl, top with some fresh fruit, oats, nuts or whatever you fancy & ENJOY! 

Tuna Stuffed Avocado

Portions: 1 Serving

Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado, 1 Tbsp of lemon juice (or lime juice), 2 Tbsp greek yogurt, 1 spring onion, 1 small can of tuna (in olive oil or natural), Salt and pepper (add as much you like)

How to: Cut the avocado in half and remove the core with a knife. Chop your spring onion into smaller pieces. Take a bowl or plate and mix tuna (without the juice or oil from the can), Greek yogurt, spring onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper together. Fill the mixture into your avocado halfs and plate. For extras you can drizzle some extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle some chili flakes and fresh chopped parsley if you like. ENJOY! 
