Chocolate Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients: 1 banana, ½ cup frozen mango, Handful of Baby Spinach, 1/2 cup of milk (nut or low fat/full fat milk, 2 Dates, 1 Tsp chia seeds (optional), 2 Tbsp of oats, 1 Tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder

How To: Put all the ingredients into your blender and blend until the mixture is creamy. Serve in your favourite breakfast Bowl, top with some fresh fruit, oats, nuts or whatever you fancy & ENJOY!
