Ingredients: 1 avocado, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives, 1 Tbsp chopped red onion (optional), 1 Tbsp lime juice, 1 slice of whole grain or sourdough bread, 1 Egg, Salt and Pepper, Chilli Flakes, Tabasco
How To: Toast your bread in toaster until golden and crispy (optionally you can crispy the bread on a pan with low heat or leave it untoasted if you like to). In a small bowl combine and mash the avocado, red onion, chives, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on your bread. Top with fried, scrambled, or poached egg. Garnish with some Chilli flakes, tabasco, chopped Chives and ENJOY!
