Ingredients: 3 Eggs, 2 Tbsp Olive oil, Salt and pepper, fresh parsley, 2 slices of bread, 1 garlic clove
How to: Take a bowl, crack the eggs and add some salt- give it a proper mix. Heat up the pan with 1 Tbsp olive oil on medium heat, add eggs and let them cook for about 2 minutes with the lid on. Once the top is fully cooked and there is no raw egg visible, spread fresh chopped parsley and pepper. Flip omelette in half and slide it carefully on plate with help of spatula.
For a garlic bread shred 1 garlic clove and mix it in a small bowl with 1 Tbsp of olive oil, pinch of salt. Cut some fresh bread or baguette, spread the garlicy oil on it and fry on pan on medium heat until brown and crispy.
