Ingredients: 350 g Shrimps/ Gambas, 4 Tbsp Olive Oil, Salt, Fresh parsley, 1 Lemon, French Baguette
Wash the shrimps under cold running water. Dry them in a paper towel and place in a bowl, add juice of 1 Lemon and salt- mix well and let sit for 5 minutes. Preheat the pan with olive oil on a medium heat, add shrimps with the marinade and cook for 5 minutes – mix and turn the shrimps around so they all get cooked from both sides. Serve with some freshly chopped parsley and Fresh French Baguette.
