Ingredients: 3 Eggs, 1/2 chopped Onion, 2 Tbsp Olive oil, Salt and pepper, Spicy Sriracha Sauce, 1 handful of spinach, 1/2 avocado
How to: Take a bowl, crack the eggs and add some salt and pepper- give it a proper mix. Heat up the pan with 2 Tbsp olive oil on medium heat, add onions and cook until slitty browned on a medium heat (mix between)- than add eggs and let them cook for about 2 minutes with the lid on. Once the top is fully cooked and there is no raw egg visible. Flip omelette in half and slide it carefully on plate with help of spatula.
Serve with Side of spinach, avocado and spicy sriracha sauce.
