Ingredients: 1 Cucumber, 2 Large tomatoes, 1 Red onion, 1 Red Pepper, Olives (add as much you like), 100 g Feta Cheese, Salt and Pepper, 1 Lemon, Olive oil
How To: Chop all veggies, red onion, Feta cheese- than add them all into a bowl with olives, add some salt and pepper and mix. Serve on plate, drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and ENJOY!
