Penne Marinara

Servings: 4 Portions

Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients: 500 g penne pasta, 4 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1 chopped onion, 2 cans of peeled and deseeded tomatoes, Salt, Fresh basil, Shredded Cheese (Optional)

How to

Sauce: Add olive oil and onions into a large pan, cook on medium heat until onions get soft and lightly caramelized. Add tomato can, season with some salt and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes with the lid on low heat until the sauce has thickened a little (mix the sauce in between).

Pasta: add water into a pot, let it boil. Ones water is boiling add 1 tsp of salt and pasta. Lower the heat and let the pasta cook for 8-10 minutes. Ones your pasta is cooked rinse out the water, mix pasta with your marinara sauce and serve with some fresh basil and shredded cheese.

Homemade Iced Tea

For 1 Liter you will need: 1 Liter of Fresh Water, 2 Bags of Fruit tee, 1 Lemon,1 Fresh Peach, 2 Tbsp of Honey, Ice cubes

How To: Boil 1 Liter Water, take a tea can or a pot – place the fruity tea inside, add boiling water and let it sit for 10 Minutes. After 10 minutes take the tea bags out and let the tea cool down. Wash your Lemon and Peach in water with 1 Tbsp of white vinegar to remove all the dirt and cut it into slices. Take large bottle or a water pot, pour in your tea, add Honey, generous amount of ice cubes, sliced lemon and Peaches. Mix & Enjoy!

Buttery Popcorn

Portions: 4 Servings 

Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients: 3 Tbsp Butter or Sunflower Oil, 1/3 Cup of Popcorn Kernels, Salt

How To: Add 2 Tbsp of butter into a pot and melt on medium heat. Add one Popcorn Kernels and put the lid on. Ones the Popcorn Kernels has popped add the rest of it, move it in a pot to spread the butter around the and put the lid on. It will take a little time for the popcorn Kernels to pop, make sure your heat stays low and move the pot on the stow around to make sure they don’t burn. Once the kernels pop turn the heat of, take the lid of and add 1 Tbsp of butter and salt to your taste. Close the lid again and spread the butter and salt on popcorn moving the pot around.

Chocolate Gelato

Portions: 4 Servings 

Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients: 6 Large Frozen Bananas, 300 ml Milk , 10 Dates, Shredded Chocolate (for topping), 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

How To: Add all ingredients into food processor or blender (except shredded dark chocolate) and blend until the consistency is creamy.

Serve in Ice Cream glass or a bowl,  sprinkle shredded chocolate on the top and Enjoy!

Ice Cream can be served right away or stored in food container in freezer for up to 2 weeks
