Sweet Strawberry Kiss

Portions: 2 Servings

Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:
2 Cups Fresh Strawberries
200 ml Greek Yogurt ( you can also use any vegan yogurt)
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar or Honey

How to: Put all ingredients in blender and blend until the consistency becomes creamy. Serve in your favourite Ice Cream Glasses and ENJOY!

Tip: frozen strawberries work well too! For toppings you can use some fresh or frozen berries, bananas, coconut flakes, chia seeds.

PS: You can replace fresh strawberries by frozen ones, in that case leave the ice cubes out.

Dark Lava Vegan Ice Cream

Portions: 2 Servings 

Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients: 3 Large Frozen Bananas, 150 ml Almond Milk , 6 Dates, Shredded Dark Chocolate (for topping), 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

How To: Add all ingredients into food processor or blender (except shredded dark chocolate) and blend until the consistency is creamy.

Serve in Ice Cream glass or a bowl,  sprinkle shredded dark chocolate on the top and Enjoy!

Tip: Ice Cream can be served right away or stored in food container in freezer for up to 2 week
